- Alicia Sykes Added March 28, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We received the worst customer service I have ever had from a company through Apollo blinds at Newcastle/Belmont. The wrong shutter colour was ordered when we placed the order back in October 2019 and after blaming my husband the rep then admitted it was their fault and re-ordered the shutters. We were offered "paper blinds" to get us through the summer months. We have only just had them installed after 6 months of following up- being told dates for install that didn't eventuate, waiting on contact from the manager and then escalating to the NSW franchise manager who spoke to us once and agreed how bad the service was that they didn't even offer to install the wrong coloured blinds to get us through the summer and then didn't bother to follow up again after saying he would meet with the franchise owner. We were expected to pay full price with not even an offer of a small discount for the inconvenience and poor service we'd received. There are many other companies around, please do yourself a favour and pick another I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone!

Since the blinds were supplied by Apollo Blinds (Newcastle), I called them up and unexpectedly, they sent someone immediately to inspect and make repairs. I must say, I was very impressed.
